IT'S FINALLY HERE..... Took me nearly and hour and a half to do this...
This is my lineart tutorial, as requested by some guys on Danny and here. Beware of the......frigging huge resolution file if you download this.
I tried my best to show how I do my lineart here, thought it's kind of hard to understand fully. I suggest you read this, take what you can and work the rest out by yourself. Learn by doing guys.
Any questions are fully welcome.
---edit--- Ignore the line before the first picture, it got cut off somehow. Should read: Once you have a pencil sketch, go over it with your thinnest marker.
Huuuh...you´re sure doing alot diffrent from me. In my pencil drawing there are already many thin AND bold lines. Maybe because I´ve got a vision of how it should look like and often do really messy backgrounds in the end.
Above the first picture...isn´t there missing the end of the sentence?! X,c *just asking*
Great work with the tutorial! It's funny, most of what you speak of, I try to utilize with my artwork already! Though I tend to have the problem of only working with #2 HB pencils, so I get lots of smudge/phantom lines. I'm too lazy to actually get out the other pencils! XD

Opinions are different for us all.. The world is built upon opinions and ideas, likes and dislikes, but what will you decide to create with your opinion? What world will you create, for yourself?
Just don't go out buying those crappy "art pencil" sets...they're useless unless you've trained for years with them, and really good artists can replicate the same effects with just one HB. Just go and get some 2 or 3h led for your mechanical pencil, it'll make your life ALOT easier.
always good to know how a fellow artist works. Just so happens I also have a Staedler 0.05 pen, but the curse'd thing is soo precise, i have to get used to it @.@

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
